"Certificate showed up really fast"
I finished the course and was surprised by how quickly my certificate came through. I was expecting it to maybe take a while, or be a little annoying to download, but no, it was totally fine. Everything looked correct too. The process was simple overall, maybe almost too basic, but actually that’s not really a bad thing. I’m happy with it

"Pretty good course overall"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from idrivesafely.com, but the lessons ended up being easy to follow. I thought they might be confusing or boring, but the videos and quick quizzes actually helped the information stick a bit better.
Some sections felt maybe a little too basic, at least for me, but overall I’d say the content was clear and useful. By the time I finished, I felt like I had learned what I needed to feel more prepared for the road.

I used idrivesafely.com for my online course, it worked well most of the time. The videos loaded without any big problems, and my progress saved every time I logged out, which was the main thing I was worried about because no one wants to redo sections, you know?

"Worked fine for my court and DMV stuff"
I used I Drive Safely for my certificate, and both the court and DMV accepted it without any problems. i’m a little biased toward anything that keeps the process simple, and this did exactly that. The course wasn’t flashy or exciting, but it was easy to get through and didn’t stress me out. It got the job done, which is really all I needed

"Support did the right thing and helped fast"
I had a login issue and reached out to support, and they got it fixed really quickly. that’s how customer service should be, if someone’s locked out, it’s only right to help them without making it a big hassle.

Why does no one pick up the service phone?

Hi i completed my course in the month of april.but i didn't get certificate till now and may know the validation of certificate

How do you download your certificate once completed? mine just says 100% done.

Course completion printed with none as the court number even though that information was entered. the courthouse rejected the document.
